**2.1 Acceptance of Terms**
By placing an order, making an inquiry, or otherwise transacting with JOSE RIZAL MEDICAL SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT & PHARMACY, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

**2.2 Products and Pricing**
- All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, and pricing without prior notice.
- Prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges unless indicated.
- For bulk, institutional, or government orders, official quotations must be requested directly through our sales channels.

**2.3 Orders and Inquiries**
- Orders may be placed via phone call, SMS, Viber, email, Facebook, Instagram, or in person at our Manila office.
- Order confirmation is subject to stock verification and, where applicable, approved payment terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete client information.

**2.4 Product Authenticity and Quality**
As a direct importer, we guarantee that all products supplied are genuine, sourced from legitimate manufacturers and distributors, and comply with applicable Philippine FDA and regulatory requirements, where required.

**2.5 Government and Institutional Transactions**
For government procurement transactions, all applicable bidding laws, documentation requirements (e.g., Republic Act No. 9184 and its IRR), and agency-specific procedures shall be observed.

**2.6 Limitation of Liability**
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased, except as required by law. Liability for defective products shall be limited to replacement, repair, or refund as determined under our Return and Exchange Policy.

**2.7 Amendments**
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued transactions with the Company after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

**2.8 Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
