Jose Rizal Medical Supply supports the fiscal workflows of both public government agencies and private medical institutions through a range of secure, compliant payment structures.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Corporate bank transfers (RTGS / PESONet)
- Verified manager's checks
- Authorized credit lines for pre-approved institutional buyers
- All payments must be settled in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless a separate, formal international currency agreement has been legally drafted and approved by our corporate treasury prior to order placement.

2. Payment Terms by Client Type

Client Type Payment Structure
- Private clinics, diagnostic centers, and standard corporate accounts Down Payment + Cash-on-Delivery (COD), or confirmed bank clearance prior to dispatch
- Government health facilities, LGUs, and regional public hospitals (PhilGEPS) Standard government procurement terms, including 30- to 60-day processing timelines, upon validation of official NOA and signed contracts

3. Payment Integrity
All payments must be made in full. Unauthorized deductions, set-offs, or unapproved withholding taxes are not permitted, with the sole exception of standard BIR tax withholding certificates (Form 2306/2307) legally provided at the time of payment.

4. Late Payment and Default
In the event of a payment default or unapproved delay beyond the agreed credit terms, EJM Medical Supply reserves the right to:

- Suspend all subsequent product deliveries
- Halt ongoing technical installations
- Void active equipment warranties
- Overdue accounts may incur a standard monthly finance interest fee, calculated from the initial default date until total payment clearance is achieved.

5. Documentation
All original financial documents, Official Receipts (OR), and billing invoices will be dispatched electronically or physically via our accounting division upon full clearance of funds.
