**3.1 Coverage Area**
We deliver to private and government healthcare facilities, businesses, and individual clients nationwide across the Philippines, including Metro Manila and provincial areas.

**3.2 Delivery Methods**
Depending on order size, urgency, and location, deliveries may be fulfilled through:
- Company-arranged delivery (for Metro Manila and nearby areas)
- Accredited third-party couriers or freight forwarders (for provincial and bulk orders)
- Client-arranged pickup at our Manila office (1355 Oroqueta Rd, Santa Cruz, Manila)

**3.3 Delivery Timeframe**
- Metro Manila orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days from order confirmation and payment.
- Provincial orders may take 7-10 business days, depending on courier schedules and destination.
- Delivery timelines for bulk, government, or custom orders will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

**3.4 Delivery Charges**
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be computed based on order weight, volume, and destination, and will be disclosed prior to order confirmation.

**3.5 Order Inspection**
Clients are advised to inspect deliveries upon receipt. Any discrepancies in quantity, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photo documentation, to qualify for replacement or correction under our Return and Exchange Policy.

**3.6 Delays**
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, the Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier issues, weather disturbances, traffic, or force majeure events.
