All items are FDA Approved, DOH Compliant, and pass rigorous quality control assessments prior to leaving our warehouse. In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error, we provide a structured pathway for returns and exchanges.

1. Notification Period
Clients must formally notify our Quality Assurance department within seven (7) calendar days from the official date marked on the Delivery Receipt to be eligible for review. Claims submitted after this window will not be processed.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, return, or institutional credit, the goods must:

- Remain completely unused and uncalibrated
- Be stored in their original, unaltered manufacturer packaging
- Include all original instruction manuals, accessories, and power cords

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable due to cross-contamination risks and DOH infection control guidelines:

- Sterile clinical consumables
- Single-use surgical items
- Opened diagnostic packs
- Customized facility equipment

4. Required Documentation
Before any return item can be physically processed or accepted back into our Manila fulfillment center, the client must present:

- Original Sales Invoice
- Official Receipt (OR)
- Signed Delivery Receipt (DR)

5. Inspection and Evaluation
Upon receipt, the returned item undergoes an intensive evaluation by our bio-medical technicians to:

- Confirm the exact nature of the defect
- Rule out improper facility handling, electrical power surges, or unauthorized repair attempts

6. Resolution Options
If a valid manufacturing fault is confirmed, Jose Rizal Medical Supply will:

- Replace the product at zero additional delivery cost, or
- Issue a formal credit memo for future procurement cycles
- Cash or check refunds are issued strictly at the sole discretion of our corporate management team and are reserved exclusively for situations where an identical, operational replacement unit cannot be sourced within a reasonable commercial timeframe.
